ZOOM meeting with the person in charge

Through meetings on ZOOM, we will concretize the product concept and the elements to focus on. We will delve into aspects such as "What kind of customers do you want to reach?" and "What are the points of differentiation from competing products?" Our aim is not just simple OEM manufacturing, but to create products that are truly necessary for your company.
Non-disclosure agreement

Before proceeding with actual product development, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality and security of all shared information.
Preparation of prototypes, etc.

Based on the content we have heard, we will produce a prototype. It is not just about "making it," but ensuring it reaches a quality that will be chosen in the market, so attention to detail is necessary. How much we can be particular about it will ultimately affect the value of the final product. It is not about "just looking at the prototype," but pursuing whether you can be truly satisfied.
Proposal/Estimate

Based on the feedback from on the prototype, we will propose the optimal manufacturing plan. While considering costs, delivery times, and lot sizes, we will work together to build a viable business model.
Finalizing product specifications

Once prototypes and key conditions are finalized, we determine the final product specifications. This includes confirming ingredients, design, packaging, and lot size, and then preparing the final quotation.
Placing an Order

Once the final product specifications have been confirmed, we kindly ask for your official order to proceed with production. (Please note that 50% of the total cost will be required asan initial payment upon the first order.)
Product Delivery

Once the specifications are finalized, manufacturing begins. After completion, we conduct thorough quality checks and deliver to the customer. We can also provide follow-up support after the delivery, so feel free to consult us anytime if you have any concerns. The final balance payment should be completed within 25 days upon receiving the products.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　【Points to note regarding delivery】　　　　　　　　　　・We do not sell the individual raw materials. ・The provision of raw materials by the Client requires prior consultation and approval.・To avoid conflicts with existing distribution channels and business partners, we may decline certain requests at our discretion.・Improvement proposals based on the feedback on prototypes will have specific implementation deadlines and budgets set.
